Our floor plans are designed for the way you live today.  Great Rooms with cathedral ceilings are in with open Kitchen/Nook integrated into the main living area, so families can multi-task and still be together. Master Suites are much larger with cathedral ceilings and separate sittings areas, with a deluxe bath which has a separate shower, soaking tub and double vanity. These baths are spa-like retreats! Also, his and her walk-in closets are very prevalent.

Many new homes also have specialty rooms, such as a Bonus Room, a main level study or a main level guest suite with bath. A formal dining room with adjacent butler's panty and large walk-in pantry off the Kitchen are prominent.
